Lineshaft Conveyors

Wednesday, 21 November 2007

Our service engineers are experts in the field of lineshaft conveyors. Lineshaft Conveyors are purposely used in situations that need either the simple conveying of products or back to back accumulation. Lineshaft or line shaft roller conveyors place as little pressure on the leading product as possible. The torque created via pulley system from the shaft is used to power each roller individually. This power is then transmitted to each roller from each spool over a strengthened belt. These types of live lineshaft conveyor is the ability to direct the shaft around curves, as a power source for several devices such as spurs, transfers, etc.

The rollers incorporated into our line shaft conveyors are safe, flexible, reliable, and quiet. There are fewer moving parts to make a noise with lineshaft conveyors when compared with traditional belt conveyor systems. Our bespoke line shaft conveyor systems can be modified to create bespoke industrial solutions. Our engineering team have been working hard and can assure you that these conveyor systems will be reliable and durable increasing your work capacity and overall efficiency in your workplace.
